Sarah Wilson Lott is a transactional attorney in Dallas, Texas focusing her practice on commercial real estate and corporate matters. Sarah has extensive experience in representing both developers and retailers in raw land acquisition, site development, title review/curative title work, and property management. She also has a background in general retail and commercial leasing—on both the landlord and tenant sides—and acquisition and disposition of commercial, retail, medical, office, and multifamily property.
Prior to joining Chaiken Legal Group, P.C., Sarah served as Corporate Counsel at the fourth largest restaurant franchise operator in the US, with over 700 locations and 12,000 employees nation-wide, where she handled real estate and franchising matters. She also has represented institutional lenders and single- and multi-family residential builders and developers in private practice.
Sarah attended Denison University in Granville, Ohio, for her B.A. in Communication. Following her undergraduate education and a stint in California politics, Sarah attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate cum laude and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law and Business Review of the Americas. Sarah is a member of the State Bar of Texas, including its Real Estate, Probate, & Trust Law Section, and Hispanic Issues Section.
